The registration fee includes:

• Admission to the full conference program from June 30 (afternoon) to July 4, 2019 (afternoon).
• All meals during the conference.
• Accommodation for four nights in a single room.
• Networking event on Wednesday afternoon and evening.

Invitation letter

If you require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa, please contact the conference secretariat at ssvm2019(at)mic.uni-luebeck.de. Please note that official letters of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
